F is for . . . #atozchallenge

For the A to Z Challenge, I will be featuring up to three authors per letter (via their last name). Some of the authors responded to my request for authors to promote. Others, I found. Please check them out and their books. Thank you!

Our "F" Authors

Finkwell, Anna
Originally a Texas native, Anna Finkwell writes humorous fiction. Tar Mama: A Dad's Disclaimer's Story is her debut short story and she plans to release Grits for the Soul in July 2012, a compilation of light-hearted, inspirational, and distinctly Southern tales.

When she's not busy writing, Anna enjoys horseback riding, drinking coffee, and chasing around her toddler son.

Francis, Lucy
I wrote my first story, a three paragraph fantasy about a talking cat named Serafina, when I was six. My stories today are significantly longer. I've worked all sorts of jobs, including fast food, sewing, bookkeeping, various IT and support positions and network engineering. After 25 years writing nonfiction and editing, I returned to my first love, fiction. Specifically romance, from contemporary to fantasy. If it is a love story, I’m so there. I’m married to my very own 6'5" hero, and we’ve raised five late-stage teenagers. I'm a lifelong horse lover, a fly fisher, landscaper, Irish dancer, and house painter. I love Doctor Who, all things vintage, gardening, and am a reformed World of Warcraft addict.

I read the encyclopedia for fun as a child. Now I research subjects on the internet just because I can.
