Overall Impression: This book has very interesting worldbuilding. I feel like the sample just scratched the surface of it. The characters were well-drawn and an enjoyable read. I’m definitely intrigued!

Would I keep reading?: Yes.

I love Richelle Mead’s style, and I enjoyed reading the Vampire Academy, even though I’m behind in the series. I can’t wait to start on the ground floor, so to speak, of this new series of hers.
