In a clear and well-formatted design, Cheri Lasota takes the reader through the steps and tricks of creating an ebook as well as self-publishing it on the major vendor sites. Having formatted ebooks for a while, I learned some new tricks to make better quality formatted ebooks, including the use of styles in Word as well as software called Jutoh for compiling an ePub. Lasota even goes through some of the complicated steps of using Adobe’s InDesign program to create an ePub.
